All information gathered by SBM Sports through your order is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be distributed to any company or individual. The information will only be used to make sure your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible.
Shipping Information
We only ship to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
In-stock orders going to the U.S. or Puerto Rico ship within 1-3 business days (may be 1-5 days during peak seasons such as Christmas). UPS will be used on all orders being shipped inside the United States. We will use USPS Priority for all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
When your order has been sucessfully processed and shipped you will receive an email verifying that the order has been shipped. That email will also contain your UPS tracking number (if applicable) & an expected delivery date. You may track your order online at www.ups.com
Returns/Exchanges
Simply Drop us an email at sales@sbmsports.com
Including your invoice# and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service(Parcel Post). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Returned in original packaging
Returned to Address specified within (10) days
Returned in re-sellable condition
Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
Enclosed a brief letter of explanation
A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange
Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 20% restock fee and all shipping and handling charges we incurred on the order are non-refundable
All returns must be prepaid; No COD's accepted
